I put myself down for a free trial and the team have been absolutely wonderful. Super friendly and down to earth and have even given me personalised workouts to get me into it, as its been a while since I’ve been active. Great positive team environment too.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. I am not young, nor am I as fit as I could be, but I felt comfortable and not out of place. The trainers were welcoming and encouraging. My first class was so much fun and I couldn't wait to go back.

Absolutely amazing trainers and environment. I had never done anything like CrossFit before and the team helped me feel comfortable and develop some skills. Would recommend to anybody that was looking to try something new and get a bit fitter :)

I love training CrossFit and within a few days CrossFit MBK makes me feel like I'm at a home away from home. Great team, great atmosphere and Nic and Nat made training so fun. 100% reccommend it!

I showed up at CrossFit MKB this morning very nervous and not knowing what I was in for, I had never done CrossFit before. The staff made me feel welcome and the nerves disappeared straight away, I will definitely be making it a daily thing. I would recommend it to anyone thinking about getting fit.
