I’m so happy I decided to take my macbook to this shop. The owner was so sweet and really understood our fates as students.He fixed my macbook that wouldn’t turn on in only a few hours. The price was so affordable too!But it was really the superb customer service that made me feel calm even though it’s hard to do so in moments when your technology decides to fail you on your assignment week. The owner showed so much sympathy and compassion for my anxiety— and that in itself deserves a five star ⭐️Everything was so worth it! I don’t regret bringing it to simsim!

I walked past this store every day thinking they just sell phone cases. But they do so much more. They fix laptops, phones and sell second hand goods. I got my old mac serviced and got a new battery installed. The service was amazing and work was done within a day. No need to wait till the battery was ordered in. The price is also very reasonable for the work. Highly recommend.
