Had an amazing afternoon at The Burrum Hair Lounge. Fabulous cut & colour, blowout & curl. Exceeded my expectations. The salon itself is beautiful and welcoming, my appointment was with the owner Sarah who did an excellent job all around - she spent extra time on making sure my colour was just right! She had great knowledge of all products used & available in the store. I purchased some new shampoo & conditioner too. Such afordable pricing for the expertise you get. Throughout the afternoon I dealt with all of the ladies on staff though at some point from the apprentice through to the senior stylist & all were lovely. Every client who came in during my stay was greeted by name, such professional & personal service you just don't get everywhere anymore - I was super impressed. I look amazing and I look forward to going back.
