Sam just decided not to get back to us or let us know that he couldn't do our job. Its wasn't until we contacted him he sent us a 1 line email that he was too busy. Can't recommend him to anyone especially when he doesn't respect clients enough to communicate with them.Thanks Sam for your response below. A couple of corrections. The first was I didn't send you the wrong address, i asked you to meet at our house, the work was at our investment property next door to our home. 2nd I wasn't late, you were more than 20 minutes early and we had made the appointment around picking my daughter up from school. And lastly your recollection of the conversation and timing if vastly different from mine. Including me showing you the respect to call you the next day and try to talk this through with you , I let you know that I would leave a post. Your answer go ahead
