Kaye - very rude old lady .Have the nerve to ask me if I’m having a bad day ?How unprofessional and cynical .It seems if anyone was having a bad day it was her, but you don’t hear me asking such obnoxious questions .Left a massive bruise and told me to hold the instruments . No please thank you or anything. Have had a few blood tests in my time and never had this type of experience.
