Access Health

I made an order online which did not arrive after 2 months. The item was not in stock and they promised only to charge me it was available. Instead they charged me for the item a couple weeks later but had never sent it. When I called them to ask they claimed it was sent to the wrong address. The person was also very rude. I ended up calling my bank and disputed the charges. The item has still not arrived and they have not refunded my money.

This company sold my 81 year very disabled mother a scooter that was clearly unable to be used by her. She rang a week later to return the item and was told by the sales person Chris to give it another go. The scooter has now sat in their spare bedroom for two months never used. I have repeatedly emailed and called them with no response except to say my mother wanted it. She lives in tiny house and the scooter was never able to be used by a one legged one armed person. I am disgusted by this blatant rip off of old people

Sold me a defective pressure matress that failed within months. It turned out the matress had no replacement parts available in this country which is clearly something that should never happen. They made two attempts to repair the matress but on both occassions simply returned the matress to me in the same condition they recieved it ie. totally nonfunctional.They are incredibly rude to deal with via email. They are providing medical equipment to societies most vulnerable and should be expected to hold themselves to some kind of standards.

Made an online order and was told by Peter who stated my item would arrive today. No shipping or tracking number has been provided. Inconsistent communication and Peter has not replied to my email. I am pursuing pursuing total refund of approximately $350 via Paypal and I would recommend avoiding this company for online orders based on my experience.

Chris has been wonderful to deal with the purchasing of a lateral turning bed for my daughter. Adjustments had to be made to the bed and Chris was always available making the purchase and outcome so much easier and pleasant. We are thrilled. Thank you Chris.

Disappointed. Made an order on the 1/11/20. Usually with healthcare companies I receive orders within 1-2 days of ordering. I acknowledge that we are in tricky times however i called a week after to follow up , to be told that the order will be dispatched on the day and hopefully arrive in the next day. I followed up 2 days later, to be told that the order was still not dispatched.As a health professional there are certain companies that can deliver on time and are reliable with what they say , ASTIR, Whitely Healthcare, ILS.Although its only been one experience, but on behalf of my client currently disappointed with Access Health.

Thank you Chris for your help today. I had trouble with the website-ordering so phoned instead. Chris was good value and fixed the order for our charity to supply goods to a local hospital.

I wish to express my gratitude for the service and support I received from Access Health, Boronia. In particular, I received top quality service from one of the representatives, Chris. My self-turning bed had broken down. I rely on this for my pressure care and quickly develop pressure sores without it. Chris understood the gravity of the situation and acted quickly to solve the problem. To save further time, he drove 3hrs to drop the replacement component directly to our house on a Friday evening, in his own time. I am deeply grateful for Chris's effort, he was courteous and meticulous about social distancing.I look forward to dealing with Access Health in the future.
