Unfortunately, this company have let us down at the last minute. I rang 4 times regarding a piano removal booking. I requested two dates for removal as my daughter didn't work on those dates. Kylie at Barossa Valley Removals was busy so she said she would let me know closer to the date. The last time I spoke to Kylie, I had her on speaker phone and my husband and I both heard her say she would get back to confirm which day she could do it. However, I have used Barossa Valley Removals before for our piano before and they were really great. The moral of the story is DO NOT just book over the phone, get a written quote and NOT book and send written confirmation via their 'contact us' on on their website as that obviously wasn't a firm booking.
