Absolutely amazing customer service, so helpful and friendly. It's rare to find customer service this great these days. Cheap prices and huge range, I've been a professional hairdresser for over 20 years now, and I wouldn't shop anywhere else :-)

I have always rated this place and have purchased shampoo and conditioners from this shop for years as I found it to be affordable and great! It was not until today when I went in and I went to purchase my regular shampoo and conditioner usually purchase for about $60, I was greeted by a lady with red curly hair, I didn’t catch her name as she was so abrupt and rude to me. I went to go pay for these products and she had said the price $140 I was surprised as the price had changed. She than asked me if I was a hairdresser, I said no, she said than it is 140 dollers. She didn’t ask me for my hairdressing card, automatically assumed I was not a hairdresser and rudely told me that if I’m not a hairdresser than I have to pay the full price. I walked out than back in again, and asked if I could get it at the cheaper price just this last time as this is the first time i’ve Heard about it being two separate prices. Coming up she was talking badly about me to another employee. The other employee who had sold products to me before had said, now where did you buy those product for that price, and I know she would know who i was as I brang my newborn a few weeks before now and she had commented on how cute my newborn was. She further explained to me if they sold these products to me at that price, they would potentially get that lined pulled from them several times. Had they just said it nicely it would have been a whole different story. Because of that lady I’m sadly never coming back here again.

Have been visiting Turnleys for over 20 years now everytime my hairdryers play up. ( have had these hairdryers for over 30 years) and they never dissapoint! Great service and very resonable prices. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me!

so disappointed I didn't catch the name of the lovely woman who assisted me but Ive never experienced such amazing customer service. I came in looking for a very specific green hair colour and she had all the time in the world to recommend different brands and colours. we ended up deciding on two colours to mix and while I still had my doubts, the colour turned out even more amazing than I had imagined. she also threw in a sample purple shampoo and conditioner as I had a yellow blonde tint in my hair at the time. so grateful for her going above and beyond!!

Friendly staff and great selection on all salon and barbershop equipment, accessories and even furniture. Up to date on most brands and products available, if not they can order in for you.
