Worst agency in Melbourne by far. Liars and very rude. Would give 0 stars if I could. Advertise jobs that don't exist and waste your time.

Her communication was excellent and she always made herself available to answer any queries I had. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Honey and the team at Programmed.

Applied for a job in truganina, some lady name called safi call me and offer me a job in campbellfield. Totally a different job to what I apply for. Very very rude lady. I was disappointed to what she said to me over the phone. So unprofessional. She sounded desperate to look for workers to fill the position.

Was off work for 1 week due to a football injury and notified them and even gave medical certificates then dont hear from them all week only to get a phone call on a friday afternoon to tell me im no longer needed from someone i have never even delt with.. they treat decent people like numbers

Highly recommend this agent. Especially my consultant Honey Dy has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. From day one Honey got me registered and has been keeping me updated with each step till I start my first job. When I was approaching the end of my assignment, Honey proactively located and lined me up with the next one so that I don't have a big gap in between jobs. I was really impressed by Honey's work ethics as some of the communication was done outside of work hours and greatly appreciated how she has looked after me.

Absolutely DISGUSTING phone manners. I spoke to a lady name Honey, and I've Seen complaints and heard alot about this lady, as I have friends who are through programmed already.Isn't an agency ment to help and some what guide people to getting work or something ?This lady is so disrespectful, has zero care for her job title and her phone manners are fricken horrid.I will be doing a written formal letter as well, definitely to not come here if you need help in finding work.

This place don’t even deserve a one start. I talk to a lady call honey and she told me to fill a form as there was a job at near my house . Few hours later she said that job is gone as other agencies competing fair enough. Week later I call and they told me she will call you back and then I call few times no call back. After that she call me without introducing me herself she was like you said call me back in a rude and angry way.when I told her if any work is available she get angry and said to me I told you there is nothing available. She told another consultant too much lies. This lady is unprofessional and disrespectful. Never go to a programmed . When you call for complaints they will side with their colleagues. I delete my account.

Had A chat to some guy on the phone from Programmed Skilled, said there was decent paying work 15 mins from my home. Went in the day after for an interview and was then offered work over an hour away from home with less pay. Yeah thanks mate. Don't waste your time.

AGGRESSIVE/LIARS/INCORRECT PAYI was calling at least 2 times a month to fix my pay, sometimes waiting weeks for it to be fixed.Calling everyday because of constant promises that it was fixed and would be paid in tonight, but it wasn't. Staff will not return your calls, you need to call them.Will send you to any job that suits them with no regard for your actual experience or needs.Staff are liars and when called out on their lies will become seriously abusive and aggressive.Staff will ignore your qualifications and skill and send you to any assignments that suit them, I was sent on assignments with kids with no experience the same day programmed advertised online for people with my trade qualifications at a much higher rate.If you are currently experiencing any issues with this office contact Melbourne corporate office on 03 86466444 and lodge a complaint and ensure you leave reviews so others know what they are dealing with.Staff at this office will refuse to share this information with you.These people need to learn that candidates are their business and that they should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially when those candidates have been loyal for a long period of time.
