Useless. I needed a new set of injectors in E-tec used for work. I was told they couldn't fit them for at least a month. I decided to fit them myself. They didn't order them in on time. Once they did arrive I found out that they would need to be programmed into the computer and that they couldn't do that for at least a month. Take your business to Cairns and stay away from this Useless lot.

Took our Zero Turn Ferris in with oil leaking, running terribly and thinking we might be up for a new motor. Came out with a reasonably quick fix and the Ferris running the best it ever has. Great professional, friendly service from the whole team.

Hello to all people concerned,I put my boat in to have a new radio installed, well I was told it was all ready I paid took the boat only to find Rubbish left in the boat things taken from the consul to put new radio just stuffed back in .The the other occasion I had an over heating problem with my 50hp4st Yamaha to it to cavs they said they ran it checked the water pump and thermostat and said they could find nothing wrong.Well this played on my mind so I purchased a new impeller and gaskets took the lower leg off , to check for myself well the impeller totally stuffed 2 blades missing and 1 only half there . I’ve bought two boats from Matt. Both times the level of service, communication and transparency were far beyond what I have ever received from any business. No stuffing around, just honesty and fairness. I’m not a Tully local not even a Nth QLD local anymore but these guys are well and truly worth the travel. Trust is a huge thing in business. Absolutely ignorant non existent customer service, couldn’t be bothered to look at our boat or the issue, claimed it wasn’t his problem, not bad for a $130,000 boat, 40 hours old and brought from cavs marine, Wouldn’t go back there or recommend dealing through them

The girl behind the counter remarked how I looked funny in my mask, to her work colleague as I was leaving the store. I'm not deaf. Great professionalism. I was only there to get an air filter for a mate who has Cancer. I have Emphysema and am Bi-Polar. I was wearing the only mask I had in the car. I still wear one into stores because of Obnoxious, Arrogant people who don't care about passing on diseases to others. I didn't realise that trying to protect myself gives others the right to make fun of my appearance. Thanks for your non existent support of the unhealthy, disabled and mentally challenged.
