TreeTop Challenge Big Pineapple

Brilliant and thrilling adventure experience. Would recommend it if you want to have an adventurous day. If you are doing for the first time it will be hard.The con is that the there are no people to help you out if you are new to the adventure. So you have to figure out on how to do the challenge.Also the helmets smell very bad . Please clean or change them.Overall it’s a memorable experience.

Great place for the entire family. The courses are designed to suit all ages and abilities. The black course does test the stamina and strength. Recommended going early if you plan to do all the courses.

friendly, patient and very good looking staff. lots of flying foxes which i enjoyed most. about 5 courses for different age groups to choose from. very fun park, will definitely come back again

What an adventure! The staff was so friendly and fun and the courses were challenging. The equipment was top notch and I felt safe the entire time. Seriously worth the money. Highly recommend

Staff were very welcoming and the instructors were very patient with my confused nana (73 years old)The course was set out really nicely. Great family fun. You could spend a whole day there. The only thought was the lack of green shirts (staff) on the course had we needed help. Personally our family loved it and would love to come back!

The treetop challenge is a great few hours amongst the rainforest. After starting from the bottom and working our way up (easy to hard) you will definitely feel the burn! I would recommend going off peak as I can imagine when it’s busy you would be waiting on the obstacles for a while. All in all, it’s a great day out with your mates or the family.

Absolutely awesome family day out with a difference!It’s tree climbing, but not as you remember as a kid. Scaling the tree is just the first challenge: it’s then negotiate aerial walkways form tree top to tree top, culminating in a zip ride back to the ground. With two beginner courses, an intermediate course, and advanced (with an option to do a short or long course) and finally the two expert “black” level challenges….It’s fun exciting challenging and exhilarating.

TreeTop Challenge was a must do for my family in January 2023 when we were holidaying up the coast. I am more of a 'feet firmly on the ground' type of person so I personally did not participate but I dropped off my husband and 3 daughters and then I went to the Ginger factory and Nutworks and did my own thing. They were ecstatic and this was the highlight of the holiday. They spent about 5 hours or so there so was exhausted but they reckon they could have stayed even longer. Once you pay to go in you can stay in as long as you want and do whichever course you wish, they attempted the Black courses (the hardest ones) and struggled so I guess that is the challenge for next time they go, need more upper body strength for those harder ones. A great day out for all and will definitely come back next time we are up the coast!

The workers when I went were helpful and absolutely amazing! I had a full blown panic attack during a course and two workers (I think their names were Lilly and Darcy idk I was hyperventilating at that time) were so patient and supportive. Overall the course itself was super fun!
