Stockland Grandview Display Village & Sales Centre

Being a first home buyer and having recently settled our land, i would love to give credit to Nikita for helping us through the process. Very pleased with our experience!

Sale process was a breeze! The guys are responsive and eager and will do whatever necessary to get the sale. We really believed we are getting value for money from very reputable developer. Fast forward nearly 2 years and I will not call this developer reputable or fair! We bought block in first stage and settled on 4th of February. Experience was not as fun as I thought it will be. Just before settlement we found out that at least 3 block owners from the same stage were offered “discounts” or as Stockland likes to call it “rebates”. We are all in the same position and if they don’t want to give “rebates” to all then they should not give rebates to anyone!Before settlement we asked our pegs to be reinstated and blocked cleaned! They informed our conveyancer saying they have done it when in fact they didn’t. If they would have done it then they would have noticed that they have allowed neighboring developer to put their temporary fence 3m into our block. Our builder had to organize re-establishment survey which has now cost us $1200 more because they failed to do what legally is required of them before they take full payment.People- sales is the easiest part and every one will be welcoming and helpful but once you’ve signed the contract and paid your 5 or 10% deposit all friendliness ends there.

Stocklands are a reputable developer and Grandview is a great estate in a growth pocket of the west. The sales process was easy and transparant. My land titled on time as expected and there were no issues with valuations. Currently I'm at the building stage. Their customer care team is also great and shout out to Susan the manager of customer care who was able to resolve an issue I had. I'd recommend Stockland Grandview to others.

Ashwin was excellent to deal with, always responsive and answered every question asked. They are helpful and will accommodate your requests (i.e. for extension) if you have valid reasons and evidence to back you up. Happy that purchased a land in Grandview and hoping to move in very soon.

This is my first time ever review on any website.Had enough with Stockland.Been chasing up with Stockland from past 2 months to install side fence on our property as a part of our land contract. Haven't installed to date. Due to missing fence we're unable to install hotwater and heating/cooling, we are scared that someone will steal it. We are already moved in our new house and it is so hard without hotwater and heating in Melbourne's cold winter days.Been calling their head office every one in a team is on annual leave and no one have clue what is happeni g.It's shocking how they operate, no internal communication. Reception staff is rude, don't even want to listen our problem and she keep repeating same sentence over and over that she don't know to who to transfer the call and eventually he hang up on me and never answered my call again.Worst customer service ever

Nikita and Yasin are really good at focusing on what customers need and require. Also, they have the natural ability to understand and feel what customers are experiencing and are able to meet their needs effectively.Thankyou very much for being so helpful .

I have purchased multiple properties from Nikita Tasi and have made an investment into Grandview estate in Truganina. I must say I have never received such an honest advice from a real estate agent. Nikita and team was amazing. They gave me the best advice especially Nikita whom I met while looking for a property to purchase. Thanks to her, me and my wife now own our own home in an area that has a great potential in Melbourne through a previous estate Nikita worked at. We got back in contact with her again as we had a great experience previously and alot of confidence in her for our next property to add to our portfolio which has us now owing an investment property in Grandview. Hard to find someone that does not just do sales talk. Someone that lays out the facts and says the decision is yours.
