Austin sent out a technician to get our pool up and running again. Bjorn was great, he explained everything he was doing and what I needed to do afterwards to maintain.Highly recommended.

I'm still gobsmacked by the aggression I was just shown by Tony in the store. I don't go to the effort to write google reviews very often but I feel like this experience deserves it. The fact that I've been a customer for 2 years makes this even more disappointing but recently I've had an ongoing issue with my pool growing algae. I've been in numerous times, dumped hundreds of dollars worth of chlorine/chemicals etc in the last 6 months and the issue keeps returning, they've been suspecting the chlorinator and I understood this is probably the culprit but water samples never seemed to suggest that so I've been wanting to make sure as we don't really have the money to replace it. I went back in today to get chemicals to fix the current issue again and I was met by Tony who hardly said Hi before immediately starting to rant aggressively about how he'd spoken to other staff I'd dealt with and just so I was clear

Really aggressive on phone and hung up me when I was trying to ask what replacement part they had

Excellent service - friendly staff - very reasonable prices.The team at Austin Pool Services are always friendly and so helpful. This is the first property where I have had a pool to maintain and they have guided and educated me about my pool and my system. They are always happy to help with my questions and supply me what products I need at very reasonable cost. The call out service is prompt and very helpful. I cannot thank them enough. Best pool shop around.

The team at Springwood Austin Pool Services are fantastic! Expert advice, not pushy and super friendly. We know every time we visit we will get the right guidance at a good price. Always a plus that we’re remembered when we come in too - makes us feel like we can really trust the team.

Visited store with a defective part. Asked Tony to supply a new part. Was told they do not make any more. He told me I need this other brand. Cost $1200 plus added plumbing fittings to install. I suggested it may be available on the Internet. He was insulted. Then I suggested that if sourced the item I would buy it off him. He made one phone call to his supplier they had it in stock. I asked him to tell the supplier I will come pick it up. He charged me $560-00. I drove over and picked it up from his supplier , whilst there I mentioned how expensive the part was , the supplier asked what I paid , I told her and she looked at me weird. I came home and in 20 seconds found the exact part for over $200 cheaper.Next time I will be aware of their profit gouging. What was going to cost me $1200 plus, should have cost me $340 plus 17% mark up.Be aware of the upsell
