Service was a sh!t fight.. very young staff and the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. Orders being messed up left right and centre. Food was OK, however the staff seemed overwhelmed and couldn't cope.

Most other reviews speak for themselves but this subway is soo bad. Twice I have been overcharged, it does not taste fresh and none of the staff listen to you nor want to be there.

We’ve been regular customers of this Subway for over 15 years, have never had a problem. Since new owners have taken over, with totally new staff, the experience is consistently terrible. The service is slow, the sandwiches have literally half the salads they used to have, despite still paying the same price. (There very well may be a ‘lettuce supply shortage’ however, if you are going to charge me full price, don’t halve my lettuce, halve my cost!). The final nail in the coffin, was when the staff gave me the wrong subway, and after traveling back to the shop from my home, was offered no compensation for my inconvenience. We won’t be back.

absolutely fkn horrible, service was so bad staff seemed to want to be there, no manager in site whilst they all looked under 18. forgot half our order within a matter of seconds and still charged us the extras… my salad was absolutely fondled and took the sauce container dropped in it twice, so sad that this place has become the dump that is it today.

Online orders and uber eats orders are wrong 100% of the time. Be prepared to return your order and wait half an hour for it to be remade only to have it wrong again. This place owes us an unbelievable amount of money due to missing items/ingredients. Only way to get correct order is wait in line for an hour and carefully watch the staff through the process. I understand young kids need training to learn but there is no training no managers no one in charge showing them what to do they are lost and has been this way all year. So disappointed we love subway as a healthier convenient option when we are time poor. We have been regulars despite so many mishaps but won't be returning now. They should not offer services they cannot provide, especially when receiving a simple refund for items not received is not an option

Ordered from this store last week. When we got our food home we realised they had not given us what we paid for, nor had they cut either sub in half. Quality was also disgraceful. Attempted to call the store 3 times throughout the night, however the staff kept picking up the phone and putting it down to stop it ringing, instead of answering. Have contacted Subway support and still no response.Extremely disappointing service.

Staff here take so long to make the subs here. The staff look untrained and have no flow . So you can often see them bumping into one another or standing around doing nothing, meanwhile there is a question of customers quite literally out the door. 30 minutes later you finally get your food, which has sauce covered all around tge outside of your wrapper. Then you get tge chance to eat it and the salad mix is off . Truly a horrible experience . Please take some time to train your staff on how to manage a lunch rush and to rotate the food properly.

Minimal lettuce, old soggy cucumber, cored top slices of tomato and rock hard cookies give this place a miss. Not sure if all subways are slipping but this place definitely is.
