Rented a property in Kirrawee for 4 years, any problems that I rose over the years from anything breaking overtime were always promptly handled, due to the quick communication between myself strong property and the owners.When wrapping up my contract, Grace was my agent and did a fantastic job in making sure everything went smoothly, and keeping everyone up to date. Because the line of communcation was so open, instead of getting a generic 'everything must be cleaned', we were able to work out what the owner planned on replacing and saved everybody time and money (e.g. carpets being replaced not requiring steam cleaning).Would happily recommend Grace and her team to anyone looking to rent.

The property sold for $210,000 over reserve.David has wide experience in the industry.The property was rented through Strong for 11 years. Repairs and inspections were handled efficiently, even when we were on an extended remote holiday.I have no hesitation in recommending Strong for sales and property management.

Property manager would never reply unless suited them.Place I was living in 10/776-780 Kingsway Gymea was riddled with mould which is a breach of my tenancy agreement.When I moved out landlord even said she had massive mould problems.As we are watching painters paint the walls again.Despite all this they try to twist words and make the tenant the bad one.Don’t even follow their own laws that they preach.I do not recommend renting through this untrustworthy agency.

They did exceptionally well at a recent sale/purchase transaction (setting a suburb record for the sale). Highly recommended.
