Campbelltown Community Children's Centre
My son was well cared and learned a lot when he used to come to Campbelltown Community Children's Centre a few years ago. Thus, I chose this centre for my work placement and have just finished it successfully. I loved this centre (and so did my son). When I did my work placement, I felt so comfortable not only as a student but also as a parent of two children. Because I saw all of the educators, teacher and staff were looking after every single child just like their own child and did their best to enrich children's learning. I thought that children in Campbelltown Community Children's Centre were very lucky as they started their early years in this centre for the bright and better future. As a student and a mum who sent a son to this centre before, I deeply appreciate the Director and all of the staff in Campbelltown CCC being so nice and caring at all times. Particularly, I am so grateful for the assistant director Sarvia for providing me with great kindness and supports. :)

I moved my son to Campbelltown Community Childrens Centre from another well known childcare centre and it is the best decision I made. Every time I drop him off, although I will miss him for the day, I feel comfortable that I have made the right decision. The staff at the front desks & the Director always acknowledge me & my son as we walk in, showing my son respect, warmth, trust and comfort. If he happens to be having a tired or clingy morning, the educators in the room help by showing him attention and sometimes distracting him with a task or something fun to do. They don't make me feel like he is a nuisance to them for acting this way.At the end of the day at pick up time, he runs up and says hello to me but then quickly tells me that he is not ready to leave yet. I have not experienced anything bad or uncomfortable at this centre and my son has nothing but good things to say when I ask him for a recap of his day. The educators take time to fill me in on what he has been up to that day which is so lovely. My son has learned so much in his time there so far, which is an added bonus.I recently had a baby and the staff made my son feel extra special during this time, especially while I was still in hospital and not at home. This meant a lot to me because there were a lot of uncertain things happening in his world and they knew it. Overall, I am so happy here, that I will be sad when his time comes to go to school. My baby will definitely be attending this centre when we are ready to put him into childcare, without a moment of doubt. Massive thumbs up from us.

My child started as most dreaded child and within a few visits she is now from a I dont wanna go to childcare" to "mumma I wanna go to childcare" child. Even on her days off she wants to go. An immense gratitude towards all the educators and staff at CCCC for letting our child be herself and at the same time making her confident to stay there with her newly made friends and best friends. I drop her every time with a content heart now knowing that she is in good hands. Thank you so much whole team for turning me from a very concerned mummy to a happy mummy and making my child love her childcare. You deserve not five but billions of stars."

Amazing Childcare centre with educators and management who actually care. Massive outdoor areas for each room, and the kids are always playing outdoors. The educators have great activities for the kids to learn from. Can not say how incredible this centre and their educators are! We are so happy we found this centre!

They are wonderful educators and you can tell they genuinely care about kids. Campbelltown CCC really feels like a big family and my child loves it and asked to go on weekends. I can see my child has such a fun time and I know she is well looked after. Cindy and Chao are so caring and wonderful. What I have found is each room has consistent educators throughout the year; most of the educators have been there for a long time and have really established a close relationship with my child, which gives my child a sense of security.

It was pleasant for the first time at Discovery and room but after my kid entered the Adventure room that’s when I felt unhappy. They made a statement as if my kid has a spectrum. I am aware to diagnose a children has a spectrum it takes three experts, psychologist, OT and GP. And after my child left the centre they chrged me full fee for two days, unbelievable. They said centrelink only cover $8,,really?? I will take this matter further. And the woman spoke on the phone just keep talking without giving me a chance to talk, what a rude.

Incredible staff, amazing facilities and management truely care. They say it takes a Village, I have found mine and will be forever grateful. My daughter is so happy and content at this centre. We have attended x2 ‘for profit’ centres, CCC is by far a cut above the rest.

One of the worst childcare i have ever seen. Teachers of kindy room are so rude and there won’t be even a hello or smiling face when you go to drop your child. There was no app like story park for your child’s daily updates. For that, i was told that they maintain a book and will be given to me by end of year or when your child leaves. On the last day of my kids here, there was NO book ever maintained. Moreover, on day 2 only my son had toilet accident in centre and i was given a 15 min lecture by his teacher on how to train him, the way she told me was very very rude, that day i decided to withdraw enrollment.Never ever going to any community centre again!

My child has been attending the centre for nearly 4 years and has been in each 'age group' room. Every staff member has shown interest in her being engaged in learning and including what she does outside of the centre to her activities. I would rate all of the staff that have cared for her as excellent carers and, although there are no fancy apps that show me what she does every day I do get to speak to the staff directly and get a memento folder to take home at the end of the year. The centre itself may look older and outdated but it does not affect the cleanliness or quality of care given to my child. There are plenty of outdoor areas and I absolutely love the idea of spending as much time outside as possible, this has an added bonus of helping to reduce the number of times she gets sick as being in an open air environment is far better for your health than being cooped up inside. She loves being able to play in the rain and explore the environment in all seasons. If you have high expectations about the quality of care, love to support a community focussed centre where their fees are very reasonable for their service and they have a higher educator to child ration than any centre I know in the area then this centre is for you!
