bought bbq it is good quality went together no worries asked if could have bigger hot plate told to cut one instructions say no bigger than suplied they tried to sell me one did not fit told gas fitting fit new and old bottles fits only new staff are boofheads and know JACK about what their selling

Bought a hooded bbq and what Fantastic customer service from the guys. Was so surprised to get a call from them a couple of weeks later Checking if everything was OK if we got it together ok and was it working OK and did we need any thing or any help.. now that's good old fashion service that is missing from stores today and why I will be using these guys in future.Well done bathurst
