Attempted to enquire about repairs to a pair of snowboard pants and was abruptly and rudely told repairs are not something this store does (apparently repairs do not fall under clothing alterations). When I enquired about other stores in the area to utilise, I was met with further rudeness, dismissive language and zero willingness to be helpful. Shocking customer service, do not recommend.
