The young technician called Dylan was highly efficient, utterly courteous and was so thorough in everything he did.He showed me inside the rat box and how it all worked.Went out of his way to fix a previous problem whilst he was replenishing the house with new rat boxes and bait and explained everything he did when he had completed everything.I rang Bug Free immediately to compliment Dylan’s thorough work.I recommend Dylan and Bug Free Pest Control to anyone. A job extremely well done.

Emma and Stoy were a huge help in getting a fast and effective turnaround on a German cockroach infestation that was discovered under a leaky hot water system. Two weeks in and the difference is hugely noticeable!!The effective treatment that didn't require a bug bomb meant I could continue to work from home while baits were laid out around the house to great effect. Definitely would use this crew again, but by the looks of it I hopefully won't need to - roaches seem well under control.

Absolutely amazing!From the moment I called, I was booked in within the day at a very reasonable price.Joey sprayed my place and did a fantastic job. He was also very good with my dog who isn't a huge fan of men (lol). He was super friendly and was in an out within 20 minutes I would say (my place is quite small). It's been a couple of weeks and I have not seen a cockroach since. Winninggg!Thank you Joey and BugFree Pest Control. Have already recommended you to my family and friends.

I had the house sprayed for cockroaches about 8 weeks ago , but there must have been a re infestation as I could still see some cockroaches hanging around, so I had the house resprayed again today.The technician that came to respray the house was really great. His name is Dylan.He did a thorough job, he was very polite and very professional, he just couldn’t be better.A very big thank you to him and the company he works for……..✅✅✅

I can’t thank Fred enough for his incredibly professional and thorough work today to help us ensure our home will be mice free. I was extremely disturbed to discover mice in our home last night and he was able to get here today at the exact time I would be available and he took the time to explain the bait strategy and how it would help us get rid of the mice for good.He was extremely professional yet friendly and personable.
