Amazing gym, friendly staff, well looked after, clean, good equipment, highly recommend

The gym is good but lacks many services such as facial towels in the bathrooms, in the lounge facilities, in the toilet, in addition to hand soap. There is only one, and drinking water is available in only one area. Subscription fees are very high, $ 650 per year, and be aware that breaking the contract will cost you $ 150. The other point in the lounge is that the music is so loud that I can not hear my music through the headset! !

Terrible service. They never answer the phone when you call. They also don't have their staffed hours on the website. We moved during Covid and we're not close to the area any longer. We called to cancel and they said we must come in. I worked and studied full time so couldn't get in for 3 months. 3 months membership I paid for no reason when they could have just cancelled and charged me the early termination fee at the time. When I arrived to cancel, they were not staffed. So I had to leave an come back a week later at which point they still charged me $150 cancellation fee even though they knew I had intentions to quit months earlier. They said moving is not a good excuse. If you went to Sydney you would still be charged the cancellation fee. I asked if they would make them drive/fly back from Sydney to cancel. No answer. Side note, the equipment looks like quality, but it's cheap and nasty.

Decent range of equipment and most weights seem reasonably well maintained. When they're out of action, usually fixed within reasonable timeframes.Staff seem friendly and approachable.Lost stars as the new staff member (smaller asian power lifter dude) that works there blasts his k-pop music throughout the gyms speakers. He also doesnt carry/use a towel when the gyms policy is 'no towel no train' and members have been asked to leave in the past when not carrying a towel - double standards for him apparently.

Very poor quality equipment, coupled with the fact that there’s a lack of legit basic equipment for working out. I give praise to the design lay out, but regardless, the equipment quality is extremely bad for how much you’re paying. Other gyms have higher quality equipment; and a better overall experience for cheaper. Staff weren’t also the kindest. Tap was dysfunctional. Not the best experience. Better gyms available for cheaper.

Cheap Asian equipment that bends with moderate weight. Nice layout except the wire mesh fencing which makes it a long walk navigating the gym.Great gym for the average gym goer or females, not over crowded, good decorThe cheap equipment is the main factor.

Great ambience.Neat and supportive staffers.I was new to the area and only attended cus of a friend but I gotta say they were lovely down to earth and showed me around.Quite impressive relations amd clean gym.

Decent pricing, older equipment, lacks AC and only uses fans so it can get hot during summer. People are nice tho

This place needs a deep cleanse. Not even covid safe.Rust in the bathroom, dust on equipments, mirrors need to be windexed. I haven't seen the cleamer for ages.Health inspector or whoever needs to come by and provide feedback to the gym.Otherwise, great spacious gym.
