I’m definitely a customer and just spoke to someone and he suggested he take 15mins off the bill, it still equates to 50mins to replace a remote and was not very helpful at all to sort out a resolution.

Both guys were very helpful, cheerful and even cleaned up afterwards. Refreshing to see a company run efficiently and with happy staff. I have already recommended EJ Electricals to some friends. First time using them,Came out within a few days to fix a airconditioner problem with a fan rattling .Happy I didn't need to replace the unit yet.Had the lower unit rust and lower bolts holding fan came loose.Quick fix for now.

I had a service booked through EJ electrical on 8/5/20 for NBN cable. I actual have a technician sent to me who has zero experience with the NBN cable job. As I turn off the job request, the technician was polite enough to drop a F word in front of me. This was the worst customer service experience that I ever receive.
