Excellent, service and products! From my first order everything was smooth and professional. Package turned up overnight, however I had ordered the wrong sizes and had expected to potentially struggle with getting it exchanged. I was delighted how easy and fast it was sorted out. All I had to do is order the right size and at the same time send back the original items. I did this on Tuesday and today (Thursday same week) I have my new order and refund from my original order. 100% happy and will shop from them again. Also worth noting that they have a great range.

The team at MMA Factory are incredible! They were quick to respond to my enquiries by email and were so helpful. Gabriel in particular went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful. I was needing to exchange a pair of shoes I had purchased online for a different size and Gabriel made sure they were in stock in store for me to come and do the exchange. The team in store were so great as well. One of the best experiences I have had with a company, will definitely make purchases again.
