Printer says replace toner cartridge but it was working perfectly fine. It is so bad for the environment how you make people replace cartridges that still work and throw in the bin. How can a company be so hateful on the environment.

Terrible customer support based in Sydney. With over 25 years in IT I have had to work with support teams from L1 to L3, both providing support and seeking support. Brother support is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I have always recommended Brother printers as they have always been reliable, and implemented at least a dozen at various sites in recent time. The customer support for a recent issue was so appalling it has made me rethink recommending Brother ever again.

MFC products used to be fantastic quality and price. Unfortunately the new 'L' series (MFC-L8600CDW) have a very poor scanner, it picks up a dark shadow of the opposite side of the page when scanning double sided prints. Tested on multiple 'L' series models (doesn't happen on the older models). Spoke to Distie Manager etc and after much ado was told 'products are functioning normally'. Charged back the money and sold the customer a HP. Duplex scans look great.

I submitted a General enquiry to Brother, about a product, I had purchased, as it appeared that there was a problem.Brother replied to my enquiry, and stated that I should send my enquiry to a technical department.What really mind boggles me, that this department- could have re -directed my enquiry to the technical support team, (with a click of the button,) instead of making me, go through the whole process again.Now, if i have phoned Brother" and explained the issue I was having

I bought a new MFC colour printer this year MFC-J5330DW. It no longer prints reds. I've replaced the red ink cartridge with Brother refills twice and still no improvement. I think the inkjets have clogged/broken. There is no support available. I tried ringing and tried online, but the bot does not assist efficiently. Very disappointed with service and will no longer use/recommend Brother products of any sort.

My fairly new laser printer won't print and no error message appears. Head Office phone goes straight to voicemail with no response after > one week. Customer Service" chat line advises "a technician will contact". Again no response. Now the Mon-Fri chat line shows no one manning it. Only the bot is available and useless.So much for customer service."

We purchased a brother wireless printerthis week. I was unable to connect it to my android mobile and tablet.... so rang Brother in Sydney for help.The help received from a technician there, Richard, was amazing!Patient service over the phone; and then when I still needed more help, he persisted in ringing me back!Now we can print!This staff member was outstanding with his customer service! I will always recommend Brother to family and friends! Thank you Richard; and I sincerely hope Brother realise what a treasure they have with you!Anne B.

Printer stopped working. They offer NO PHONE SUPPORT. It's a voice message and ends with it sending you to their website. Their website is complex and you will need hours to solve your problem.
