Short staffed.(The rating is purely for higher management authorities to add more staff..)Though the staff is really good and efficient.We bought groceries in 5-7 minutes and went to pay when they opened up another checkout counter.We had to ask 2-3 times before someone turned up to that checkout counter.The staff who came in was happy, cheerful, friendly and apologised for wait.Store is good,staff is good..HIGHER MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO PUT IN MORE STAFF IN STORES AND NOT CUT JOBS.

I like to do grocery shopping here since there are fewer people and fewer queues here than at Stanhope Gardens.

It has privacy parking with good space. normally it's clean and friendly. Just the problem is there is no public toilet. New self pay made it easier

Friendly staff but wonder why their stock level is always low compared to other Aldi stores. There is always queue at assisted check out but no staff at self service check out when needed

This store has undertaken a renovation and installed self check out and removed staffed .People come to Aldi for price and also service, which now has been removed.Not a fan of this change and I will shop more at alternative stores.

Long queue at the one open checkout. Forced to use self-serve checkout. You can only use cards for payment. Then you get hit with a fee for using your card. NOT HAPPY

At Aldi Quakershill, Bali street, stocks are never replenished on time.Since Wednesday, since 14th, I had been looking for white garbage bags at the store referred and till today 16th,it has not been replenushed, staff working their seem uninterested., even if you ask them they don't respond.Garbage bags are essential item and the staff should know when the shelves are empty, they should make sure it is refilled

Great parking facilities, shelves well stocked and I like the option of self serve registers. They just need to appoint a staff member for helping customers in the self serve area.

This is our local aldi. We usually attend Thursday night for grocery shopping. The last 6-8 times of attending the shelves are absolutely bare and we are unable to do a full grocery shop so we shop at competitors where we can get everything we need. Lost a customer
