Blackall Library
Such a dull and disappointing library. It feels as though they run the place without any care at all. The lighting is poor, and the computers are so slow it renders them practically unusable. The entire library lacks character and there are two super creepy dolls at the entrance. Very disappointed with my experience here.

Blackall Library
I found the librarian to be rude and unhelpful.The decor is dull and there’s no atmosphere or events’ notices.There could be a lot happening in this library but it appears the librarian is not inclined to do more than is absolutely necessary.A shame because this library has so much potential. It could be a vibrant place for the Blackall community and visitors.
