I had the pleasure of doing business with Amal, he went above and beyond to sort out everything for me. I purchased the adventure pack for my new Ford Everest. It looks amazing and first rate quality. Highly recommend Tickford and Amal.

I was unlucky to get get a Tickford 400 upgrade on my 2019 Mustang GT.This was installed 4 days after I purchased the car. I told them that I wanted to track the car as was looked for some added horsepower or kilowatts. They told me the 400 package would improve from the standard 339. After my track day I was was less than satisfied with the performance as it was no quicker than the standard Mustang.I complained and took it back. They re-checked and said that it was correct and it was producing 400kw at the crank.Due to lockdown I was able to get in another trackday only to find the car still was no quicker. I decided to get a dyno done at an independent service centre. They told me it was getting 288kw rear wheel with equates to 338.8kw at the crank which is equal to standard. The worst part of it was they told me it was running lean down low.Seems as though this is common with others.I rang Tickford 2 weeks ago as they would not return my emails. I spoke to John who was disappointed I did not take the car back to them. I explained to him that I did and that he lied to me about the works done to my vehicle. He said he would try and give me a pro-rata refund. Another lie. Didn't call back as I had to chase him up and the reason for no refund is that I had work done on my car without giving Tickford a third opportunity to do nothing.My suggestion is do not use this company for any performance upgrades to your vehicle. Not only will they not carry out the right work but they will lie to you and say nothing is wrong.Such a disgrace to be allowed to work cars.I did get the extra performance to my car a minor 21kw to the rear wheels however I can now feel the difference.Now knowing the power of my Mustang an extra 61kw should have been a rocket.This company should be classed as a RIP OFF!Absolutely disgusting service and customer service.Also didn't service an invoice or performance data on either occasion my car was in the service centre.

I got Tickford to install a stage 2 roush supercharger and also quite few other items on my brand new mustang. I had told them that I was going to use the car for track days. On the first track day the engine light was coming on, so I took it back to Tickford and they said that there was nothing wrong. On the second track day the engine light came on again, so I took it back Tickford and they said that nothing was wrong again. So I took it to get dynoed, they said that the engine was too lean and will blow up. I took the dyno sheet back to Tickford, and they said that nothing was wrong. The next track day the engine melted 2 pistons, I took it back to Tickford and they said that I needed to read my warranty, as it's null and void if you take your car to a track day. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with!

A very professional, knowledgeable and experienced company. I enjoyed the entire experience from when I first approached Tikfords until my car was upgraded.The new level of performance of my Mustang was within my expectation and more. It now sounds like a V8 should.I'll be back for more tweaks.

The guys here are very accommodating. Helped me with an out of the box situation without hesitation.

My initial interaction over the phone was promising but that was the end of the good work... They followed up with a couple of quotes as I changed my mind and I agreed with a package that I was after.The sales manager john then cc in the person that makes the appointment for the install. No word for several days is when I contact john again he told me parts can take 10 days to get a hold of. I accepted his repose but then on the 9th business day I contacted him to question why no one had called. No apology was given and the only response was I'll follow it up. Weeks later still no word if only they knew they lost business due to poor interaction with guaranteed potential consumers that had agreed to there inflated prices for the name. Lost my business, my recommendation is don't even waste your time.
