Solar Blu did such a good job. We just built a new house and landscaping. We employed a lot of trades and I would have to say that the Solar Blu team was the best overall.Best price with great quality from Phil. The install team were the best, I can’t praise them enough. They even cleaned the previous finger marks off the manhole going into the roof space. The only trade to do so. So that’s their care factor and attention to detail.They installed a 13kw system with a Hybrid grid intereactive inverter. Phil ( SolarBlu owner) will explain its benefits. Love it !

Well had a solar system installed at the start off February 2023 things was going well then the inverter shut down 21 days for three days this is now Friday I had made call to the office no response called the sales person he said someone will be out on Monday no one turned up so made another call to the office and was told someone will be out on Tuesday now still having problems very poor solar generation I was after the inverter to be replaced won't replace the inverter very poor customer service and after this I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Initial contact and consultation was excellent, the guys that installed the panels did a great job.The electrician did a terrible job, at first he wanted to install the inverter outside even though I had paid extra to have it installed in the garage. Then he refused to run the cables inside the roof space and said he would leave the job if I didn't let him run them outside the building making the job look terrible.I contacted Donna who intially quote the job and she said that they should have passed the cables internally as quoted and would get back to me but never did.Then Phil came out and inspected the work and was supposed to get back to me with an outcome but never did ,after calling him and leaving message he never made contact again.Once they get there payment they offer no further support, it's a shame, I dealt with a local company that wasn't the cheapest and still got a terrible outcome.Now I have to pay another electrician to correct the terrible install.

We completed a 10kw solar package with Solarblu and I couldn’t be happier. From the beginning with the setup to the end with production the whole team should be commended in their professionalism and helpfulness. Phil and his team installed our solar panels back in 2012. Over 10 years ago. During that time we’ve experienced network issues (not caused by the Solarblu installation) that interfered with our solar system performance, a failed inverter that was replaced under warranty and just recently a problem with an isolator. Each of these issues has been resolved quickly and efficiently by Solarblu. All at no cost to us! Solarblu has been there for us over the years and we’ve been grateful for the support. And have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

We were lucky enough to have our solar installed by Team Europe (Dan, Kev, and Cooper) from SolarBlu. Not only were they highly competent at what they did, but they were pleasant about it and answered all our questions (no matter how inane or stupid). The entire company has been professional from beginning to end. I'd recommend them to anybody looking to install Solar.
