Synergy Management are more than just agents, Jo and her amazing team are also mentors, educators, a support system and like a big family, We chose Synergy because my son wanted to do modelling and film and not all agencies facilitate both. We heard great things about Synergy and can now confirm that they are all true. My son has loved doing all of the workshops that are offered and encouraged, his profile photo shoot with Trina, character movie slates with Sophie, scene reels with Chelsea and Bud Hopes' Set Secrets workshop. He has learnt so much since joining the Synergy family and is steadily building the foundations for his dream of a career in film. My previous agency I was with for over a year and I only got 2 jobs with them. I was wondering if i was cut out for this industry. Maybe it was me to blame. But no. I just wasnt supported enough. I felt forgotten about. I left my previous agency and now im with synergy. And its only been a couple months but the jobs keep flowing for me. Jo and the synergy team are dedicated to bringing out the best in everyone ! There facebook group is especially useful. No other agency seems to offer this. It offers on going updates and opportunities. I love synergy. They are like a family. No one does it better. I will always be loyal to synergy. Thank you for making me believe in myself again ♥️

WelI I wouldn’t look past Jo and the Synergy Management team!My family and I joined Synergy in April 2022 and have had an amazing journey so far! Life for our family over the past year has been crazy and exciting with lots of memories made and this wouldn’t have happened without Jo and the Synergy team.They are professional, extremely hard working (shown by their late night/ early morning emails, providing workshops on weekends) have open and honest communication and make you feel like one of the family.This also rubs off on all the talent with Synergy who are welcoming, friendly and great supporters. We are extremely happy we chose to ride this exciting adventure with Synergy Management!

Our son has been with Synergy for 18months now. We feel so blessed we started his journey into the industry with Synergy. The passion and dedication Jo has for the industry is so inspiring, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the kids she has on her books, and is looking out for their best interest. We have so much gratitude for the support and hard work Jo and her team do on behalf of our son, and are so excited to see where his acting journey takes him as part of the Synergy team.

Jo welcomed our son Valentino to her agency even though he had no much experience as an actor. She suggested workshops with local acting schools, casting directors and even organised accent workshops for Synergy members and since then he attended MANY of them. It didn’t take him long to star in the TVC for Destination Gold Coast and land a speaking role in a TV Series. We are grateful for the opportunities and we know this is just the beginning. Do your part, Jo will do hers.Also the whole team seem very passionate in what they are doing.

Synergy Management has been so good to me since I started being on their books. Instead of waiting 4 months in between for jobs to be booked for me, I only wait between 1-2 months.
