I had a poor service with a casual masseuse and after making a complaint the owner called me promptly and was extremely apologetic. I was refunded and am to be provided with a voucher. I am very impressed with the way that management and ownership rectified this. Shows a good establishment that deserves repeat customers. Thankyou Daniel, Yuki and Cedrick for your kindness.

Really glad I found this place! Went in for a remedial massage with a particular issue and had a thorough consultation before getting started. Communication throughout the whole service was great too. I also forgot to grab a receipt and when I called back later to ask for one they sent it via email which made claiming on private health easy peasy.

Having a chronic back injury (20 plus years), it’s hard to find a great masseuse who can actually alleviate my pain. Yuki is amazing as she is truly a trained professional and worked magic! Highly recommend Yuki and I’ll be back.

From the outside, Yohome looks like a typical shopping centre massage place that I usually ignore.Lucky for me I decided to give it a shot because post lock-down, it’s become my regular go-to for foot & remedial body massage. I also get cupping occasionally too.As an athlete and getting on a bit, I take my recovery very seriously, so I’m delighted to have these guys in my corner. They’re always consistent, methodical & professional.It’s also close enough to my CBD north office to hop on a tram or train and visit during lunch time too if I book ahead.===============TLDRI love coming here & I’m a very happy camper!! :-D

The masseuse (Nice) was excellent. She was professional, friendly and experienced. She significantly reduced the tension in my back and shoulders and gave me great advice to reduce it in the future as well.Highly recommended, I will be back!

I had a 1 hour deep tissue oil massage. I was left bruised and in pain. The masseuse was very rough. I have had enough deep tissue massages to know a good one. This may have been just the one masseuse but I won’t go back here again.

I visited after having a dull headache for days. The staff were friendly, professional, the place clean and calming. Had the best massage in ages! As an added bonus, impressed with the heavy duty wooden massage beds with heated mat. Definitely be going back.
