Would like to say its hard to review company with such poor customer service and their phone system for contacting anyone is non existent!I tried twice and first time they cut me off second time leave messages!After 2 weeks still no reply to my message!

They quoted my van and booked a date. Showed up and they were too busy. Now they won’t return calls to re book. The lady at reception is very rude.

We had an issue with a broken coil spring and contacted Jenny at G&S Chassis. We had been experiencing problems with obtaining the right spring. Her service was excellent with prompt returns and good product knowledge. She put us in touch with their technical officer Salv, who again was very professional and gave us excellent advice.Both these people are a credit to G&S Chassis

Big thank you to Jenny who spent a good bit of time by e-mail and Phone to provide me with the bearing numbers for my 2nd Hand OFF Grid 14ft caravan. I also found the G&S customer supplied Chassis Booklet (That was passed onto me by the original purchaser) was extremely helpful. For me, I don't usually get many opportunities these days to comment on Great customer service but when it happens I make sure their effort is well recognised. Thank you so much Jenny and the workshop team :-)

Best Service ever. Retreat van only 18mth old and spring broke locked up 2 wheels on passenger side.Couldn't move or tow van and of course if was a Sat.Going to Tassie. Missed the boat. Mon I called out to G&S Chassis and Jenny and Salv gave me a spring to get it going then dropped it out to Salv had 4 new springs installed plus aligned my 4 wheels.Be aware only 12mths warranty on springs.Thanks Salv and Jenny for getting us back on the road.

Poor service. Second rate at best. Never answer the phone and too lazy to return phone calls after leaving messages on there message bank numerous times. How such a second rate business stays in business is beyond me.

Poor service. Won't return calls. Stuck in Weiper with a broken suspension on our Legend Trackline Off- Road. Still under warranty.Have only been told they are sourcing parts. FVerFrfrustrating.
