Had a great experience with my treatment, explained well and expectations were detailed by the consultants. Would recommend.

Have been going here for laser hair removal since December last year and have been with Sam for most of my appointments, she's professional but also great to talk to and makes sure that I'm always 100% comfortable and satisfied with my appointment. The ladies at the desk are always polite and the place is kept nice and clean. Would definitely recommend this place.

The lady who had done the LHR treatment for me at the Indooroopilly clinic wasn't very helpful at all. There were no smiles from the start, no friendly talks, no good feeling during and after the treatment. She didn't even attend all areas fully.Also, I had to pay additional charges for a full front neck when she has only done the two sides below lower cheek bone. She should have explained to me about the various options available and recommended best suitable option for me prior to the treatment.The treatment was all too rushed and finished everything in a couple of minutes time. I couldn't see a good result after this treatment. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant customer experience for me.

Have been attending Laser clinics for various treatments for over a year now. Mollie is amazing and her knowledge of all treatments is thorough and in-depth. Service is always fantastic!

I’ve been going to this clinic solely for over 4 years; all of the staff are so helpful and very knowledgeable! I always feel like they fully understand my skin goals and work with me to achieve amazing results!! Do yourself a favour and book in for a consultation!! :)

On Saturday afternoon (18/02/2023) at 4pm I had my 4th session of facial hair removal done by another lady who had not done my previous treatment , she tested an area on my face with very high temperature and burnt me leaving a dark patch on my side face. We aren't Guinea pigs to test the laser machine on a high temperature! I am now very sceptical to refer people to do the hair laser treatment if we going to have such women doing the treatment! Am also not sure if I should continue the treatment with arrogant ladies like her

The team at ALC are fantastic. They really do look after you when you when receiving treatments. It's interesting, each time I have been there has been a new person performing my laser. But each person has been really great. First year of laser down, and it has gone really well - would totally recommend if you have pesky dark hair. The only thing I would comment on is the length of time that your laser pre-purchased pack lasts for. You need to be careful that you have enough time to use all of your treatments before they expire.
