Rude sales staff - refused to listen to what I had to stay, kept cutting me off mid sentence and imposing her opinion. I did not feel welcome, as she kept directing all her communication to my husband and ignoring me completely. The whole experience was uncomfortable.

I walked along the whole of Old Geelong Road visiting all the plumbing bathroom companies and everything was either all to hard or I was treated like I was invisible. Sharon from Bentons-Hoppers Crossing was not only welcoming but very knowledgeable, she did everything she possibly can to help me find what I was looking for, amazing customer service. Thank you!

We renovated our kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry last year and after checking out all the competitors - I ordered everything through Bentons Hoppers Crossing. This was a great decision! Janette provided AMAZING customer service and support over a number of months. I was really happy with Benton’s range and Janette’s flexibility in problem solving when I ran into issues. Also highly recommend the Arcisan Axus range for its sleek design. great prices and great customer service - including swapping over items and on site replacement of one faulty item. Couldn’t be happier and the renovation looks great!

Great knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of brands that anyone would want. One staff member there always seems to have joke on hand too, hit him up his name is Nebby. Seems to have a new joke each week, what a legend.
