Lovely customer service today from the gentleman behind the counter! Tried their mini pies too ( chicken & mushroom and chunky steak) the chicken was a little dry but great flavour for both!

Use old advertising on the shelves so when you pick up something they scan at full price. They don’t call it out till you do then say it’s old marketing that’s expired. No apologies and just rude.

Every time I go out of hours the staff are on the phone or chatting to friends inside the locked store and ignoring the pumps. Went during the day to fill up with diesel and employee saw me pull up and took his sweet sweet time wandering around outside and then around the shop before releasing the pump....

Went inside to ask, if we could use the toilet, the Cashier told us very unfriendly that there is no access for us. At the Opposite at the coffeeshop, they told us that the toilet of the fuelstation is outside, just around the corner.Toilet also was really dirty. But hey... fits to cashiers friendliness.

To the Manager:Letter of Complain:Dear Sir/MadamI'm writing this letter, complain one of your staff this morning 4.45am waiting outside to fill our car, we wait there so long...we went inside he was standing at the counter...with his ear phone on his ear..couldn't hear what happening outside...and these happened twise... this is a very poor service ...I hope this will not happen again...Thank you very much...and God Bless

Worst customer service from the clerks. Pumps are always broken, wasting time for me. Petrols cheap, that's about it. Absolutely disgusting.
