Good parking. Good variety and prices. Always a long wait at the pharmacy section. Need extra staff to pay attention to who are dropping off prescriptions and waiting to pick up their prescriptions. Staff on checkouts could be more friendly.

These guys couldn't organise a beer in a brewery. They were going to be our new local, regular chemist. If you're looking for a place who loses scripts, forgets that they were supposed to pack a Webster, don't know how to ring you up at the cash registers and then double charges you, ignores you for extended periods of time while you are waiting to be served and are generally pretty rude across the board - this is the place for you.

Products are fine but the customer service sucks. Lady at the register didn't acknowledge or speak to me, just chatter to her co-worker the whole time.

The customer service behind the prescription desk is non existent. Always ignored , drop off as script in the morning & waiting for 40 mins late in the afternoon. It's terrible

Fantastic customer service from all Pharmacists at this store, especially the head Pharmacist. They take the time to learn their regulars by appearance, special order medications in advance that aren't typically stocked, and go above and beyond to help where they can.Very reasonably priced medications, and well, very reasonably priced everything.Staff also more than happy to refer onto another provider (not necessarily another Chenist Warehouse either) when they don't have something in stock, and are always willing to look for answers for the slightly odd enquiry!Thanks for the great customer service!

Such a rude lady at the prescription counter det my medication from this store and that is now changing I hate rude people and in a shop setting is just disgusting I will never come back to this store

I really do hate writing bad reviews but I am disappointed with the boxes all over the floor it is a tripping hazard, in particular aisle 1,4 and 5, it was hard to walk around and I did almost fall over twice, I went there last weekend, :( not happy also the cashier at the front, she seemed disinterested and unwilling to help me. I’m sorry but I won’t be back to this Warehouse :(
