I have 2 bulging discs and lower degenerative issue. I have also been having episodes of imbalance and tremors in arms and legs which are under investigation.After 2 massages with Sophie it seems to have lessened noticeably. Her technique is great and she has so much knowledge to share.Thank you Sophie, glad I found you Friendly and great atmosphere in the room.

I’m on my feet all day with work and had been getting tension headaches and sore lower back. I saw sophie and the service was great and relieved so much tension in my back. I’ll definately be booking back in with sophie. Highly recommend for anyone with labour intensive work.
