OK nails, dismal customer service. They make you feel like you're a burden on them for being there at all and if you could do them a favour and never bother them again, it would be greatly appreciated. Worst service in a nail salon on the Central Coast.

It was horrible. They made me bleed twice below my cuticles. The work was just sloppy and not neat and painful. Barely spoken a word too the whole service. I wouldn’t recommend my nemesis to go here. No discount for complaining about the cuts and bleeding either.

Had my nails done at this place, less than a week later went back as one of the nails chipped.They made a complete new nail(I never asked for it) as the job done in the first place was not to their satisfaction.when I was leaving they said it would be $5, I said but I was in less than a week ago.I was told because I was the first paying customer that I had to pay.She said if I had of gone later in the day then I wouldn't of had to pay (totally do not understand that at all)I was in there early as I felt I was already wasting my own time as if the job was done right in the first place, I would not of had to go back and get my nail re done.I wasn't the first paying customer someone else had already paid.I was a very loyal customer that used this service all the time, unfortunately I will never use them again.

The worst service ever. Do not go there. Rude and disrespectful. Insulting client. Very nasty. Unlucky for them I understood every word.

Pedicure was so rushed, feet in water for literally 1 minute, wouldn't turn the massage chair on, quick file then had someone else paint nails while she went back to doing someones nails. Will NEVER go back again! Whole pedicure took about 3 minutes.

Coming here for many years now and most of the time it’s great. The last few times I have been I have seen Van, she does an amazing job every single time and today really amazing job. Thanks so much.

Went here and they wrecked my nails (major bubbling) so they asked me to come back and all the lady did was fix one side and slightly sand the other side but coasting it in nail polish making them bubble up once again. In general bad shaping and just not the best place

Had my nails done here for the first time today. I was impressed by the service and attention to detail that was spent on my basic French nails (Regarding getting the right finish) They were efficient and well priced. Full set of acrylics without gel polish is $40 (I suspect top clear coat is gel)

A few years ago i had a pedicure done here. I ended up with an infection in my big toe, from the use of dirty tools. I had to go on antibiotics. I decided, not too long ago, to give them another ago. I thought maybe it might have been a one off incident. No such luck. I had a full set of acrylic infills done. The man doing my nails was rushing and cut or filed nearly all my fingers, around my nails. I ended up with an infection in every finger that he cut and once again had to go on antibiotics to get rid off it. I will never go back again. I do not recomend this place at all.
