I am posting on behalf of my mother Maria who was referred to Diego by a friend. I have had water seeping from under my concrete driveway for many many months. I have had 3 other senior plumbers with CCTV equipment as well as an engineer all report different issues were the cause including that I had piping which was crushed from the weight of my concrete driveway slab and I was looking at up to $30 000 worth of repairs to locate and find the source which included ripping up part of my concrete driveway which as you can imagine was extremely stressful. Diego reviewed all the reports provided by the previous trades and engineers, conducted his own assessment and found the cause, which was roots entering in via the o-ring. He showed me the issues on the camera, which I hadn’t been shown or given any pictures from previous trades in their reports. He fixed the issue and I have had no leaking water since and it was a fraction of the cost I was potentially looking at to resolve this issue. To say I am thankful to Diego is an understatement. He was prompt, courteous, honest and professional and his plumbing skills are exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
