Bought the 'Tesla' style head unit for a 150 series Prado last year and had nothing but problems with it.- Falsely advertised with wireless android auto, which the unit didn't have.- The Android auto it did have wasn't native and needed to be run through a 3rd party application. Had troubles connecting almost every time and then would randomly disconnect.- Next to no documentation.- Instructional video for install was pretty dismal. It wasn't actually a standard install - they used an example where they had already done custom work.- Eventually it stopped the air-conditioning from working so had to swap back to the factory unit anyway.- Really was just a $500 ali express unit with a sticker slapped on it and marked up to $2200. I did know this but I expected better quality for the price tag.- Support over email just wasn't good enough. Might be a different story if you lived nearby and could take it back in person.

Got the Android 10 Custom EC Unit for my 2021 GXL Landcruiser 200 series.Just finished installing it today and it functions great

They did a good job installing a GME radio but were unable to complete other work booked in so somewhat unreliable. Staff onsite knew almost nothing about their products shown on their videos.

These guys have been extremely good as far as I'm concerned. I had an issue and they helped by rectifying the problem. They may not have responded immediately but given the business size and what they cover I was happy with their service. I had a new dash fitted for my Y62 and these guys are amazing as they helped out with the Redarc System I’m having problems with as well and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed with there service. I’m heading back into the guys to have some more upgrades as they have been a pleasure to deal with.
