Please don't go with any property under this group. Their customer experience manager is extreamly rude, inconsiderate and shows lack of empathy towards your requests. Even if the request is not acceptable, there is always a better way of delivering the response.

Really bad customer service. Their Customer Experience Manager doesn’t actually care about their customers experience and are exceptionally rude and unresponsive. Very disappointed as their sales people promise the world yet their after sales experience is the worst I’ve ever had.Definitely stay away...
