We purchased a spa in May so headed over to these guys for some water testing and advice. Friendly service with great knowledge. I was recommended to try out some MagnaSpa and oh boy was that amazing. Turned our spa to like being at the hot springs! Highly recommend visiting these guys for your pool or spa needs :)

The owner Barry is okay but other staff are terrible, don’t help at all, my spa started leaking since the young boy done the service, the staff told me that is not their problem, the boy took my vacuum plate of my swimming pool, I had called them more than ten times, they are always busy, told me to pickup myself in the shop, I and my wife went the shop twice, they gave me the wrong one. I still haven’t received my plate back, that cause I can’t clean the pool, my kids are so upset for can’t swim in these hot days. I can’t trust them anymore.

Exceptional service. Have been going here for over 4 years. Purchased a very expensive creepy crawly which died a few months out of warranty. They completed ALL OF THE PAOERWORK with the manufacturer to support our application for a refurb. Machine repaired under warranty. So appreciative of the extra time and effort they put in to achieve this result. Rare to come across service like this these days. Thank you so much! We will continue to only shop here for all our pool supplies.
