The staff from modern group was exceptional from the consultant to the team that does installation the whole process was very smooth and quick. I had 15 windows/sliding doors that needed roller shutters and was all completed in one day. The quality of work was outstanding and the roller shutters look amazing.

Consultant was on time for quoting, friendly and attentive, installation booking team were great, I had to reschedule due to a funeral and they were wonderful and very accomodating.Installation team were delayed but called to advise they were a little behind schedule, that’s rare these days.An overall great experience, and we love our shutters, so easy to use and they look great.Highly recommend the Modern Group.

A few weeks ago we had 4 outdoor blinds installed, from the first initial quote with Frank who worked with us in finding the fit for our outdoor space everything was done in a very professional manner. Blinds were made quick and installed very professionally by John who made sure they were perfect and the site was clean when he left. Blinds do everything that was told they would do and have now created that outdoor space for all conditions! The customer service is very diligent in checking in regularly and making sure that every appointment was confirmed by myself.Can’t go wrong and would defiantly use them again with them even offering a past user discount now!

Very professional company to do business with and thus far (still early for me..) a great product. The sales team, office staff and installer all easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. Effectively this has given me a huge outdoor room to enjoy !! Great for the Melbourne weather, had the blinds down last weekend because of the sun during the day…. One evening time, put the outdoor heater on, lit up the bbq and the blinds kept the heat in the area quite well!!!
