Jemma is fun, personable and easy to deal with - she is knowledgeable about her product and provides excellent customer service. Quality and standard of balloons is exceptional. We were referred to The Party Shack by a friend and I'm so happy that we were. Everyone was so friendly and easy to deal with and very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. I appreciated their flexibility as to when I was available to Jemma come and install the balloons in our home. We'll definitely be returning for our next party/function.

Great customer service by Rose. She had everything ready for me after my phone enquiry because I was in a hurry. So pleasant and efficient.

The level of service I received from the party shack was exceptional and I highly recommend using the party shack for you next event or party. After I mistakingly provided the incorrect delivery address, Gemma swiftly went back to pick up the delivery and redelivered the balloons to the correct location. I really appreciated the assistance Gemma provided as this was my mistake and not hers. What a pleasure Gemma and the party shack are to deal with. I can not recommend them enough!

Gemma is a gem. She works hard to make your event successful and takes extra effort to make it all happen. She is always smiling and happy regardless of how busy she is. Party shack has been doing goods from years and all the credit goes to Gemma.

The Owner was extremely Rude and Abrupt . . . when I wanted to return an item which was a cheap, rubbish quality o/s import . . . I have been a loyal client for over a decade at this store . . . disappointing, unnecessary & unexpected behaviour by Jemma (Owner) grabbing the returned items & throwing them onto the floor. Yes - we had an Amazing time at Harry Styles, it was disappointing we couldn't wear the Feather Boas that had been purchased earlier in the day. I'm not sure whats 'cheeky' about returning a faulty/defective item . . . it certainly didn't warrant the shocking behaviour or rudeness that I experienced by the owner.Edit: Waving the item in your face . . . umm, I was showing you the poor quality of your item, while it was falling apart in my hand. . . while you were behind the counter. . . although it is difficult to see exactly what direction you are looking at . . .

Very large store with great selection and very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back for all my party needs :)
