Avoid like the plague. Had my electric bike sitting in their warehouse for 8 days. They lied about trying to contact me but my home phone has caller id and a message machine neither of those show any call. Promised to deliver it on monday 15 may and didnt. I rang asking where it was and was hung up on. So rude. They should certainly change their business slogan for sure. We never deliver on time anytime.

Still waiting for my delivery posted since 31 March, with a specific request for delivery on 7 Apr. Tracking of order is not working. Called them they just advise to wait for the next day rather than investigate the whereabouts immediately. Promised to call back still no news. Hard to trust for on-time delivery.
