Travelling through town looking for somewhere to have lunch, we saw people on the side road of the pub and asked if it was open for meals. Luckily for us it was! Meals and service were second to none...absolutely delicious! Thankyou to the new chef. Prices great!. There was Gluten Free for a Coeliac. Glass of Shiraz was very moorish. 5 out of 5 for food and drinks and service BUT I only gave it a 4star as it needs a sign out the front to say it is open. We very nearly continued on and would have missed a yummy meal.

Called in for some drink supplies while touring and camping on Eyre Peninsula.Reasonably priced take away drinks and friendly service.It looked like a nice country pub too, but I only popped in for some take sways.

Went in for dinner as we were staying nearby. Amazing service and food! Their Thai beef salad is to die for and a good variety of dishes on their menu. Pricing is very fair and food is delish!Had the lamb shank ($25), possibly one of the most tender lamb shank I’ve had! Absolutely recommend if you’re in town.

We actually went to the hotel for dinner and we are sorry that we did. The food appeared to be mostly prepackaged. We ordered a rump steak which was mostly too tough to eat and was overdone, had no chips, but had salad that was not fresh. Also, a beef schnitzel which was a bit gristly and over cooked, with fries which were not much to talk about, salad also not fresh, and gravy on the side which was all glutinous, wouldn't pour and was pretty awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Best pub meal my husband and I have ever had.Highly recommend.Salad bar excellent.snitzell good and silverside like home cooked.
