Highly knowledgeable instructors and great atmosphere. Some of the guys training are good enough to go pro while some others, like myself, just want a good work out. They cater to all levels and are very welcoming to new comes. Can't recommend enough!

UNITE MMA located in Tweed Heads is a new and refreshing gym that shows a wide range of techniques that will suit beginners and even your higher level participants of the sport (MMA, BJJ, No-GI). Professor Brad and Tessa (owners/Coachers) are the most down to earth people I have ever met and will not only improve your technique but also demonstrate what is it be a good, respectable individual for the community. Brad and Tessa's knowledge on the sport translates so well into drills and will get you to your goals whether that be fight ready or even just to advance your overall skills.
