Worst customer service... I went to fill around 10pm and waited 1mins outside, Decided to press the red buzzer to be attended as there was another customer waiting aswell. That female staff which looks to be (Asian), wearing spectacles with black hair can’t remember the name which start by Gia... reply me rudely by saying I have to wait, don’t press the buzzer.If you’re away you should put a sign which is common sense and this buzzer is use for what??

UnAustralian. Charging 50c for a tomato sauce sachet to go with my pastie. Every other BP I have been to gives sauce for free with the purchase of hot food. Disappointing.

8/12. 7:30pm I went to there to collect the parcel but my phone died and I couldn’t show him something I have to show. However he passed me parcel with the info of my ID and the tracking number. He was so nice, Thank you so much!!!!!

Coffee is like someone wash dirty feet.Staff been told not to let anyone in side(regardless of uniform ) unless you're cop !!!!!It is discrimination and very bad staff,,,,,just avoid!

The fuel pumps take a long time to switch on and when they do, the flow is very slow. I am a local and this has been an issue for a long time and I have given feedback in the past. When inside, the customer service is good.

Horrible service!I’m was used to fill up my car in this gas station, but the convenience store workers are completely rude.Once I passed by while I was working to heat my food and they refused tho.Never coming back!

One of the nicest petrol station I've ever been to and one of the attendants gave me too class service today. He added sweetener in my coffee as requested and refrothed my coffee again and was extremely friendly.

Not very impressed with this place. Went there on Friday afternoon around 4pm with a Toll package that needed to be lodged. This place was listed as a drop off point. I went in there and the guy at the counter claimed that it could not be lodged there. I took it to the next drop off point and they said that it was fine and took it. I don't think that the guy on the counter really knew what he was doing. There were people queuing there - If the place is too busy to take these Toll packages, then they should not be on the list of places to drop them off.

it should be mentioned that after 9 pm the doors are closed. Very inconvenient to drive for 10 minutes, after hand-picking this station reading it is open for 24 hrs , to find out you cannot go in and chose the products you want to buy .
