Tambo Waste

We needed a bin at short notice.....the helpful staff managed to source a bin for us within 24 hours and picked it up within 8 hours of the call we made saying it was full and ready for collection.Thank you so much for your prompt and courteous service.

Was provided pricing for a hook-lift bin in local Lake entrance area. They provided pricing and details of the service. Then when I tried to book the service they demanded that I pay a $1,500 deposit even before they confirmed where they could deliver the bin or not. When I asked why they were taking this attitude they hung up and became even more difficult (if that were possible).

Hi - it is a great pity that you do not do what service the Bairnsdale council is contracting you to do - you routinely either only half empty my green waste bin or do not empty it all (as was the case again this morning 27/10/2017)!!!! For some totally unfathomable reason you emptied my next door and across the road neighbours GW bins - go figure!! If I was your CEO I would be giving the applicable staff a well and truly well-earned rocket way up where the sun doesn't shine!Lift your game Tambo waste - and stop upsetting the local residents by routinely not doing what you are being paid to do! My name and contact details were left on your phone at 14:10 hrs today Friday 27/10/2017. Also do you know how infuriating it is to get a call message when I was trying to contact you this afternoon, telling me what your operating hours are and to call back during these hours when I called 2.5 hours BEFORE your usual closing time!!!! Totally pathetic. Sorry but I can't submit ZERO Stars on your site during submitting my review!

I place my bins on my driveway but the driver keeps driving down the street with it as he obviously only knows where the accelerator is and not the brake pedal and puts my bin on the grass on the curb which makes it extremely difficult for me to get my bin as I have a disability and struggle with my bins as it is without the drivers having no consideration for this fact and putting my bin back in the same place as I left it so it’s easy for me to collect

Dident take my bin said its to heavey an then left it with me I need it empty now . I called an got told was comeing back an thay didn't

We needed to clear a home for sale and had left booking a bin to the last minute. the friendly staff at Tambo Waste did their best to find me a suitable bin and even let me know when one became available earlier. delivered on time and picked up when agreed. Would highly recommend
