Long time storer, first time reviewer. Tried the rest now we store with the best. Zac the centre manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

If I could, I would give this place a zero rating.I strongly advise against using this location for drop-off of Parcel Point packages.Here are three issues that I encountered:1. The location refuses at point blank to accept label-less Parcel Point returns, which makes me wonder why they even offer Parcel Point services in the first place.2. Even items with labels took more than two weeks to be scanned, which is extremely slow and frustrating.3. When I called to inquire about my package, the staff asked for my storage locker number and appeared to be unaware of their role as a Parcel Point.Overall, I had an extremely negative experience at this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely amazing facility. The technology implemented leaves you feeling safe knowing your belongings are under good care. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Best storage facility I have used by far. The staff are great and always help you if you need anything. The fact that everything is done from the app makes it really easy. Will always come here when I need storage.

I moved to GC and needed to find storage for oversized furniture. Luckily this new site was not far from my place. The contactless sign-up and modern technology made everything so easy that my friends could help me move stuff here after work hours. As it's new, it’s extremely clean and tidy.

StoreLocal Hendra is like no other storage facility we have used. The facility itself is second to none with meeting spaces, all app driven technologies, generous sizing, state of the art, extremely clean and safe. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to be
