Disappointing. Usually order through Alicia, but thought I would try the other option. I spent over $150 on Mother’s Day flowers (premium selection) because I wanted them to be delivered on the day (website said on Mother’s Day that they did Sunday deliveries). Unfortunately, no flowers were delivered. No communication either. Disappointing. Buying flowers is something where you put a lot of trust in someone. You buy something you never really see until delivery and you schedule it hoping they will keep their word. When you spend $150, you hope that you would receive good service. I could understand if I had booked 1 or 2 days before Mother’s Day, but I booked more than 1 week in advance, and still got poor service. Disappointing. Won’t be using again
