We had Ness D8-98 panel for almost 23 years and worked so well for these many years. We had big power surge on 15th May 22 and no power for almost 15 hours in our areas. Somehow the power problem took away alarm system and decided to replace with D8X system. Kept same wiring and same sensors and installer make new system functioning well except phone dialler (on NBN) linked to my mobile. Next day I rang your customers care section and I talked to a very helpful person by name Ben, After few checking by entering codes on panel he came to conclusion that the system is working fine including dialling out but some how not responding by NBN phone system which has worked before. He mentioned telephone pin connection difference between very old system and new one. I remembered straight way that the old telephone plug was hooked to new D8X system. I opened the panel as per guidelines and replaced with supplied telephone plug. System tested and all good. Well done Ben and many thanks for the help.

We have had Ness Monitoring for over 20 years with very few issues. Any problems have been dealt with quickly by the technicians who are only a phone call or email away. Very happy with their service and would recommend.
